Function:

The lib_helmivp library contains a substantial portion of the implementation of the IvP Helm. It does not contain the behavior implementations (see lib_behaviors, lib_behaviors-marine), and it contains no code dependent on MOOS libraries. This library contains the definition of a BehaviorSet, the primary data structure managed by the helm, holding all behaviors, behavior templates and the helm information buffer. It contains all the code for reading a behavior (.bhv) file for initialize the helm for a given mission.
