Function:
This Virtual Ocean module configures a simple directional source array for the passive sonar simulator uSimPassiveSonar. Each array element is defined as a separate target by its location, broadband and tonal characteristics, delay, and duration. The resulting target list is then passed on to uSimPassiveSonar through the MOOSDB in the same format as the target definitions created by uSimTargets.
