Function:

This behavior computes a depth-objective function representing the SNR as a function of depth over a configurable look-ahead time. It is based on the original behavior developed by Toby Schneider which computes the incoherent Transmission Loss (TL) for a range-depth grid using the Embedded Virtual Ocean, but adding the feature of incorporating the depth-dependence of the ambient noise to base the adaptation on incoherent SNR.
