Behavior for maintaining a minimum altitude above bottom or below under-ice excursions. depends = ivp_behaviors.

Function:

Behavior using a DVL or altimeter sensor for ensuring a minimum altitude above the bottom. Used routinely for shallow water operations. Alternatively configurable for inverted, upward-looking DVL for underice missions to ensure safe distance from ice keels etc.
