Function:

The lib_ucommand library contains class definitions for CommandFolios which are pre-defined sets of mission-control commands, and corresponding postings to the MOOSDB. It also contains the superclass GUI for rendering CommandFolio button panels, used by the pMarineViewer application and the uCommand GUI utility.
