Behavior: BHV_CutRange

A behavior intercepting, closing range, to another moving vessel.

Function:

This behavior will drive the vehicle to reduce the range between itself and another specified vehicle (nearly the opposite of the BHV_AvoidCollision behavior). A "patience" parameter may be set to determine if the vehicle should drive straight toward the contact's present position (no patience), or drive instead to an intercept point at speed (high patience).
