Talk-22: Trust but Verify: Integration of Hashgraph into MOOS-IvP Data Flows

Hashgraph is a mathematically proven approach for achieving asynchronous byzantine fault tolerance for sharing data among peer nodes on a network. This work describes modifying the open source hedara hashgraph code to support maritime search and rescue.
