Function:

The lib_behaviors-marine library holds the two dozen+ IvP behaviors distributed with the IvP Helm in the MOOS-IvP code base. Each of these behaviors is compiled into the pHelmIvP executable. Third party behaviors may exist in other libraries and are typically compiled as shared libraries, loaded by the helm at run time.
