Talk-18: MOOS-V10 What's New

MOOS has been upgraded and I will describe the what the how and the why. I'll cover the new threading model, the new comms model, backward compatibility, structure, wildcarding and monitoring. I'll discuss and present some key performance metrics - latency, throughput, scaling and do so in the context of the Oxford autonomous car (www.robotcar.org.uk) which runs MOOS-V10.
