Important Dates:

April:

• May 1st (Wed) 2019 - Registration page for MOOS-DAWG 2019 will begin accepting registrations.

June:

• June 21st 2019 (Fri) - Author deadline for submitting presentation abstracts. Abstracts should be limited to 2-3 paragraphs of text describing the project or software application. See the abstracts from the 2017 meeting for examples.
• July 8th 2019 (Mon)- Notification on presentation proposals sent out to authors.

July:

• July 15th 2019 (Mon) - Early registration ends. Ensuring early registration rates must be made on or prior to this date.
• July 31st, 2019 (Wed) - Online registration closes. After this data only on-site registration is available.
• August 6th 2019 (Tue) - Early arrivers barbecue at the MIT Sailing Pavilion.
• August 7th 2019 (Wed) - MOOS-DAWG 2019 begins.
