- May 4th 2026 - Registration page for MOOS-DAWG'26 will begin accepting registrations.
July:
- June 12th 2026 (Fri) - Author deadline for submitting presentation abstracts. Abstracts should be limited to 2-3 paragraphs of text describing the project or software application. See the abstracts from the 2024 meeting for examples.
- July 1st 2026 (Wed)- Notification on presentation proposals sent out to authors.
August:
- July 6th 2026 (Mon) - Early registration ends. Ensuring early registration rates must be made on or prior to this date.
- July 23rd, 2026 (Thu) - Online registration closes. After this date only on-site registration is available.
- July 28th 2026 (Tue) - Early arrivers barbecue at the MIT Sailing Pavilion.
- July 29th 2026 (Wed) - MOOS-DAWG'26 begins.
- July 20th 2026 (Thu) - MOOS-DAWG'24 Demo Day @ Marine Autonomy Lab, MIT Sailing Pavilion.
