Talk-24: MOOS meets Python, MORSE, TensorFlow and Qt

Mohamed Saad Ibn Seddik, Sea Machines

C++ has for long been the only programming language that can be used to write MOOS applications. Therefore the price of writing a MOOS application relatively high. In this talk, a new python wrapper for MOOS libraries is introduced using headers only. This python library can easily be used to prototype applications and be interface with other python based applications like MORSE (3D simulator) and TensorFlow (Machine learning library). An example for using Qt libraries for easy GUI application is also presented.
