In the final lab, users will begin with a completely new baseline
mission with three vehicles. Two vehicles will be traversing
separate racetrack patterns. The third vehicle will be the student
controlled vehicle, it will be equipped with a behavior to follow
one of the two racetrack vehicles. Students will add their working
odometry app to fluctuate between following either of the two
vehicles, switching after a certain odometry distance has been
reached in each phase.
