Students will be provide a new baseline mission comprised of a single
survey vehicle, and two trail vehicles. The task will be to use the
pOdometry from the previous lab to periodically return the trailing vehicles
home after they have reached a certain odemetry distance. The final goal
is to use inter-vehicle messaging to cooradinate between the trailing vehicles
so that when one vehicle is trailing the other is not. When one vehicle is
returning home due to odometry limit, the other trailing vehicle will take
over. This will continue perpetually.
