To launch:

$ ./launch.sh --amt=4 15    (4 vehicles, timewarp 15)


(1) Hit the DEPLOY button and the vehicles will head to the muster region
    and wait there.

(2) Hit the CONVOY button and the vehicles will form a convoy and begin
    a long transit.

During the transit you can hit the left or right mouse buttons and invoke
an Anderson turn on the vehicle closest to the mouse click. If you click
closest to the lead vehicle, nothing will happen. The Anderson turn is only
enable for vehicles in the Convoying MODE.
