Setup VoIP Dependencies:

MacPorts: 
	$ sudo port install portaudio libsndfile boost boost-build protobuf3-cpp log4cpp

Debian Variants: 
	$ sudo apt install libsndfile-dev libboost-all-dev libportaudio2 libopus-dev libssl-dev libprotobuf-dev protobuf-compiler liblog4cpp5-dev

Setup Murmur VoIP Server:

* Go to https://mumble.info and find the 'Download Mumble' title
* Download the 1.3+ release of the 'Static Server' for your OS
* Add the file 'murmurd' from the zip to your $PATH (ex. drop it in your moos-ivp-aquaticus/bin directory)
* Run your mission with the appropriate flag and enjoy!
