Bio: My research interests are in autonomous control of unmanned vehicles and robots, particularly unmanned marine vehicles. I completed a PhD in computer science from Brown University in May 2002, and came to MIT as a postdoctoral associate shortly after in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and CSAIL. I have also been a research scientist for the Navy since 1990. (more)
